Joint School Oral Practice @ Newman Catholic College

On the morning of the first Saturday in February, eight S.6 students from St. Teresa had the rare opportunity to meet nearly 100 students from various Catholic schools in the school hall of Newman Catholic College. They waited with a mix of nervousness and eagerness. After being briefed on the procedures, our girls proceeded to their exam rooms, assuming the roles of both candidates and peer assessors. They interacted with "strangers" in an exam-like setting, benefiting from feedback provided by the examiner from another school.

 

At the end of the event, our girls all agreed it was a truly meaningful and beneficial learning experience in the final leg of their journey toward university.

With the prayers of the Diocese and all the teachers, we hope our students have the strength and wisdom to perform at their best.
